Bad just like you would expect.

I resorted to using Game Genie on this one. When I got to Shenron the second time I took the option to wish for the game to be over.
It immediately cut back to the title screen.

I don't know if there's a different ending if you pick something else because I didn't wan to slog through it again, even with infinite health.

I remember that Monster Rabbit kills you in one hit by turning you into a carrot, but I can't remember if you're immune to it if you have infinite health.

one of the endings lets you see bulma's panties and another starts the game over with all of your power-ups and score.

Ah Sword of Sodan, I remember it well. Killer graphics at the time of release. I rented it, and collected multiple colored potions as I slowly, agonizingly, suffered my way to the right of the screen. Then the giant boss(es) came in the first (or second) level. Low health, and no lives left, I mixed all the potions together (a novel feature, at least for me at the time), and got a single black potion. "The Ultimate potion" I told myself. It had to be, since it was a combination of all the other potions. I then drank this ultimate potion as a last ditch effort to defeat the boss. The potion promptly killed me. Game Over. I'll never forgot this game.

The best of the 16-bit titles based on the movie but still only slightly above average.

The change in structure does not really benefit the game and it is very difficult but overall is still a good game.
