Test-Drive Our New Responsive Forum Theme!

Post by racketboy »

So We have a new theme set as "Racketboy V3" on your personal board settings.
If you feel adventurous or you use mobile devices or tablets a lot, please set it as your default for a while and give it a good test run on your devices.
Please pass on your feedback :)

We've done a lot of tweaks the last week and the moderators and I feel like it's in pretty good shade.
(The top menu is also a preview of the upcoming responsive relaunch of the rest of the site too!)

Dude, this is sleek af. I'll be sure to check it on my phone, too, once it's charged.

Too web 2.0 for me, I still like GlossyBlue. This is probably good on mobile devices though.

There is some nostalgia to the old theme, but after using this for a week or so and fine tuning annoyances, I'm quite happy with it -- especially on phones and tablets.

I tried it for few on my phone and it isn't for me, but I could see how some may dig it. Just please don't get rid of the other existing themes!

Needs more grays and blacks sprinkled in as highlights around some areas to balance it out. Way too much white. Really hurts my eyes.

If this works on a phone/table that's good. I can't stand using the site with the default because it drops it and does this annoying minimalist phone garbage on iphone and my tablet. I have to consistently smash on the 'use full site' thing in firefox, chrome, or whatever I've got going because it blows.

If this is defaulting on the phone I'm sold on it as it looks nice and works well.

I'm good with the look, and much prefer how the input on the phone works now. The only thing I would change is an options to jump to the last page of replies from the get go.

Are you talking about on mobile? Because on desktop you both have a little document icon that takes you to the first unread post and you can always click the further number to go to the last page.

As someone who cannot post from his work computer anymore, this is so amazing! I love the new format. Please keep it!
