Does anyone else enjoy the simple pleasure of letting a video game run its splash screen behind them as they peruse this forum? There's something almost soothing about it, like if one were back in the arcade, enjoying the sounds of numerous machines running their demos.

I do this. I'll turn on my multi-cade and play like one game and that's it and then let it run for two hours just becaue and then maybe play a game before I go to bed. But my office is next to my gaming area viewtopic.php?f=28&t=24259 and I'll turn on games just to have back ground noise just because while working on stuff.

in the episode where Elaine is all about vincent's pics and kramer is all about gene's pics, you can see boxed copies of streets of rage 3, jurassic park, and world series baseball 95 in the rental store.

I noticed the other day that a background noise (like a door creaking open) in one of the underground levels in Yoshi's island is exactly the same as a background noise in SOTN, when you're in the abandoned mine (They're from the ambient parts of the soundtracks).

A couple of years ago when I was in a Mcdonalds waiting in line during a rush for my order, I saw a hobo outside who then picked up an empty drink cup from a trash can. Guess what he then did? The man shook it and he then came inside and helped himself to a free drink!

Everyone saw him do it!

But the workers were too busy and noone in line said anything!

Why do they call it shipping when it goes by car/truck?
Why is it a driveway when you park on it?
Why is it a parkway when you drive on it?
If a duck farts in the wind, can you hear it in the woods when a tree falls on a mime?
