Whelp, I am now officially 40!

Only 8 more games to beat my Backlog, so I'm pretty happy for where I am at.

Not indulging in 1000+ games definitely helps (not throwing shade; I'm just as guilty).

Happy Birthday, Markies. What a gift to give yourself! Playing games + smaller backlog + less stress over having stuff you will never get to.

Thank You All!!

I haven't bought a game in a few months, so after I beat my Backlog, I will be making up for lost time.
I'll play games at a more leisurely pace and rekindle my idea of having a large collection.

The old feeling has been slowly creeping up recently.
It's getting harder to get out of bed. My body takes longer to recover from small aches and pains. And my tolerance is growing weaker.
Thankfully, I don't have anything major wrong with me yet. So, I am counting my blessings!

Hope you enjoyed your birthday, Markies! I'm not too far behind you, as today is my birthday! Was dealing with some health issues last year, and it took a while for me to recover, but I'm doing better now, so definitely grateful for that.

Don't have anything specific planned. Wish I could hang out with family and friends like the pre pandemic days. Think I'll just grab some take out, have a beer or two, and enjoy some arcade style games.

Is it me, or reality tv has been declining? It was all the rage in early 2000's . Truman show was such a strange concept to have a camera 24h on for someone.
