 I've decided not to try to get Switches for my nieces, but only because raising all the money and buying everything myself is just too difficult.

The fact that it’s a shit idea for someone in your financial situation to begin with just never played a role, eh? *sigh*

The outcome is still the same, I suppose.

Today I got to test-sit a couple chairs for consideration for one of our public service desks. I'm one of the complainers who inspired getting new chairs there, so that's appropriate. Looking forward to a half a year from now when they eventually arrive.

Are mesh chairs still the popular choice of office environment? We got new mesh chairs but they aren’t too great.

I had a cheap mesh chair as my last chair, and I didn't care for it, at the very least. That might've had more to do with it being cheap than it being mesh though XP

Mesh is still the thing, at least for the chair back. Seats are still cushions.

Gotcha. I think the best chair that I've ever owned, or at least the nicest chair, is my current home chair: Secret Lab. I think it's the bigger one but in fabric. Not a fan of leather chairs. Mesh never really did it for me. Maybe I haven't tried the right mesh chair.

I tried a gaming chair and that style chair just isn’t for me. Not to mention that none of those gaming chair manufacturers actually produce the precision product the nicer office chair makers do.
