A band from Tunisia mixing what they call is adorcism music with industrial metal. The buildup is so ridiculous that it actually might be too intense.

I know I'm late to the party, but has anyone heard Ben Platt's "I Can't Imagine"? If you've never heard of Ben Platt, he's known for his Broadway work, especially as the title character from Dear Evan Hansen and its forthcoming film adaptation, as well as his role in Ryan Murphy's "The Politician". He's also currently dating Noah Galvin, who took over the role of Evan in DEH right after Platt's run ended and is also known for playing Kenny on The Real O'Neals and is currently on ABC's medical drama The Good Doctor.

TIL McGruff the Crime Dog released an anti-drug album on cassette in 1984 and it has surprisingly high production values.

Spoofs of New Order and Steely Dan and some good Roland DX7 80s pop. Love the inhalants song.

I've started a contract as a Production Coordinator on a photoshoot for a catalogue. As a result, a lot of my day is spent reviewing spreadsheets. I have been busy listening to a variety of albums as a result, many of which are death metal classics:
Gorguts - Considered Dead
Immolation - Dawn of Possession
Death - Leprosy
Obituary - Cause of Death
Carcass - Heartwork
Bolt Thrower - Mercenary
Cianide - The Dying Truth
Obituary - Slowly We Rot
Autopsy - Severed Survival
Funeral - Tragedies
Dying Fetus - Killing on Adrenaline
Cannibal Corpse - Tomb of the Mutilated
Pig Destroyer - Prowler in the Yard
Mortician - Hacked Up for Barbecue
Dying Fetus - Grotesque Impalement
Good times!

I'd highly recommend the STM 276 DJ Mix by Eartaker. A mix of high art/noise music with death metal that somehow flows between each other well.

Heard 2 amazing albums today.
放射性Hi5 [Radioactive Hi5] - 9.0水面下Megathrust
It sounds like corporate training music but is highly effective. Its concept is the Japanese tsunami and reactor meltdown. One part is too edgy where there are audio samples of people who were screaming for help during the tsunami though.
Kate NV - GMA11
A DJ mix of Soviet children's music from various movies and tv shows. Even not growing up there and then it felt so nostalgic.
