Here are the major Point n' Click ports to consoles:

LucasFilm Games / LucasArts:
The Secret Of Monkey Island (Sega CD)
Loom (TurboGrafx/PC Engine CD/TurboDuo)
Maniac Mansion (NES)
Escape From Monkey Island (PS2)

Sierra / Dynamix
King's Quest 5 (NES)
Rise Of The Dragon (Sega CD)
Willy Beamish (Sega CD)

I highly recommend Monkey Island for the Sega CD. Loom is a good game, but very slow. I love Maniac Mansion, but it definitely shows its age. MI4 was a major disappointment in comparison to MI1-3, and it isn't really point n' click. However it is still very fun.

I don't recommend any of the Sierra ports - KQ5 wasn't a brilliant game on the PC and its even less so on the NES. ROTD and WB are hit and miss.

There's more I'm sure, but again I'd say your best bet right now is Monkey Island on the SCD.

Zack and Wiki isn't technically a point and click adventure game but it practically is. I'd highly recommend that game if you want to try something new. Also check out the Phoenix Wright and hotel dusk on DS is you have those consoles. The adventure genre is having a bit of a revival on nintendo's consoles. (plus with a flash cart for ds you can run ScummVM on it and play pretty much any 2d point and click game (plus the excellant beneath a steel sky is now freeware and works on scummvm)

Broken sword 1 & 2 were ported to PSX
In cold blood Is an adventure game for both psx and pc (also made by revolution) worth checking out.
Broken sword 3 was released on ps2/xbox/pc

Myst was ported to pretty much every console at some point.

Snatcher -- wouldn't that make a great release for VC/XBLA/PSN??

I've always wanted to play that one.

Phoenix Wright is sort of like a point and click adventure game, and the series is awesome.
