Heard yesterday at a friend's house:

8 year old: Look, it's still up! I knocked it to 45 degrees!
6 year old: That's not 45 degrees! Do you even know what degrees are? I know I don't!

I had to hold in some chuckles.

 Little brother's "out of town" again. He had an ankle bracelet and didn't have a place to stay after a slight relapse.

First day back to work after my trip to Lisbon, Portugal. Luckily nothing too stressful came up while I was away and I was able to ease myself back in to the regular routine.

Had a great time in Lisbon! Thoroughly enjoyed the sights, great museums, great restaurants, the architecture, and mostly enjoyable weather.

I actually thought I did this past week too, but an at home test was negative. I guess I just have some bug that's making feel lousy.

Dafuq happened to the site? This is literally the first time in days where it'd actually load.

Other than that, I shaved my goatee. I meant to just even it out but my hand slipped and I buzzed too much off. I think I'll try again another time.

I got another short story published! That's three stories for me in three different markets. None have been "professional" pay rate, but I'm getting there.

My brother once had a Halloween picture he colored hung up at a local supermarket. He also got a second-place ribbon.

I guess this means you're two ahead of him.
