No video output from dreamcast

Hi all,

I've set up my dreamcast for the first time in years and there is no image output on my LG C9. I'm using the normal aerial lead, but when I swap to the aerial channel it shows no output. Is this because the dreamcast is knackered, something to do with it being a newish TV or something else?

Ah it seems the newer tvs don't support analogue outputs. Damn it!

I remember for a while HDTVs had two coaxial inputs, one for analog and one for digital.

From your use of the words "aerial" and "knackered," are you from the UK? If so, does your HDTV have an analog RGB SCART input? If so, then I would recommend getting a Dreamcast RGB SCART cable as the best cheap option. This one looks decent: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/SEGA-DREAMCA ... 3188917341

If not, what type of inputs does the TV have?
