I'm trying to at least get basic genre info about a few Dreamcast imports:
Killer V-Pachi
Morita No Saikyo Shougi
Sincho No Yaou Shouseiroku
And solid clue of what types of games these are?

Awesome! Learn something new every day!
Thanks

The first game (Killer V-Pachi) appears to be an unofficial release, although I haven't confirmed this.
It seems to be a take on the Neppachi @Vpachi series of games made by Daikoku, of which there are many installments. Those were Pachinko games (parlor, gambling, luck type game).
Killer V-Pachi was made by the company Hackberry, a Japanese company.

Okay, the third one is a little more difficult.
The title "Sincho No Yaou Shouseiroku" is misleading. This is the title that was given to the game by the people who ripped it. When they read the kanji characters, they didn't translate the first word correctly into roman letters. "Sincho" is another way of reading the kanji for "Nobunaga" (the samurai warlord)...and of course the Nobunaga no Yaou games (Nobunaga's Ambition) have existed on many consoles including Mega Drive, Saturn, PS2 and now even the DS and Wii. Here is a forum discussion about the title problems, although it is in French and my understanding of that language is nowhere near perfect.

So, there were two games in the "Nobunaga no Yaou" series for the DC. The first was Reppuden and the second was Shouseiroku; although I am unsure whether the second is just an upgrade of the first, as they were both released in 1999.
They are strategy/sim historical battle games made by Koei (who else?!).
Edit: broken link fixed
