Re: Games in our heads that will probably never get made.
I've always had game ideas kicking around my head since about middle school. Used to draw weapons and write up plots... mostly the first few ideas i had were fps's.. ok ideas for a kid. I have the greatest idea ever that i came up with like 9 years ago, with cool enemies drawn out, and a lot of cool...

Re: Super Metroid
Sorry I meant to say: just how easy to do is it in samus returns? Does it end up being like megaman x, that you stick to the wall basically? It doesn't require the properly timed directional input. It's basically exactly like Other M's kick-climbing... meh ...plus it launches you away from the wall...

Re: PC Splinter Cell Players - Help with Aliases please
I ended up copy and pasting what seems to be the only one I really needed to modify. But a breakdown on how exactly they are put together would be appreciated.

Re: Games Beaten 2017
Finally played the original Splinter Cell on PC plus the bonus missions. For someone who has enjoyed Chaos Theory and up I'm surprised it took that long. Admittedly it's better on PC than oXBox what with quick saves and all. Now if only I could get Pandora Tomorrow to work properly (even with the li...

Re: Super Metroid
The problem I was having is that I couldn't get the timing right. Push towards the wall, push against the wall, wait for a few frames, then jump. I was pressing the direction against the wall and the jump button at the same time, way too many times. It's kind of a reflex I've developed from all the...

Re: Games Beaten 2017
Finally played Deus Ex. And whoah dude, definitely deserving of its praise. Not that I doubted it. I now see why OG fans are mad at Invisible War (even though I still think it's a wicked fun game). I smashed through Deus Ex The Fall a few times this past week too, on PC. For all the complaints and w...

PC Splinter Cell Players - Help with Aliases please
Edit: im thinking this might be coming off as a silly question.. I hope this is the right place for this question.. I recently have been working on setting up a gamepad for Splinter Cell on PC. Googling helped me mostly: i found some lines to add to the user.ini to get analog movement. I'm using Joy...

Re: Metroid Prime 4 & Metroid: Samus Returns Discussion
Ah I can see that being useful. Either way, I'll be happier when it's running on an emulator and I can do what I want. Mehr
