"Trying to win an Oscar" is a fairly derogatory and short-sighted way to define some of the best film making of the past couple of decades... I agree. Studio shareholders and Executive Producers would like to make back the cost of the movie in less than a week, rather than winning an awar...

Publishers would be biting the hands that feed them if they even tried to enforce games as a license. True, but how often does a suit make an out of touch decision? All they see is, if we can force people to buy from us, more $$$. Fortunately, companies like eBay and Gamestop would be on the gamers...

That Namco stick looks pretty tight, I'm jealous. He doesn't own one yet, that's the pic from the wiki entry. I used it when I was looking for one in my WTB thread last year. These SNES models aren't rare, I own two. Nintendo manufactured the audio chips on the SNES like this until 1993-1994. Also, get yourself a real Genesis and you'll hear the difference. Early Model 1 consoles sound amazing while later Model 1's and most Model 2's until 1995 were crap thanks to a man...
