Re: new ps3 model
Sort of looks like a Chinese knock-off. Especially from the top. Let's all just cross our fingers and hope this isn't real.

Re: Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle
I'll admit though that I actually liked Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm and Dragonball Z: Raging Blast. While simplistic in nature, they are very fun games to just play around with. But I understand where you're coming from.

Re: Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle
I'm just excited we're getting a new JoJo game that looks pretty awesome. I just wish it didn't have that MvC3, SF4 type of look to it, but I'm very impressed by how accurate the characters look, and the way they move. If this comes to US shores, it's getting my money.

Every new revision to GGXX drastically changes the game, and this looks to be doing the same. This gives me even more hope for a revival of Guilty Gear.

Re: Do you still play Fighters with friends?
I really only have my neighbor from across the street to play fighters with. Everyone else from school either doesn't play fighters period, or own a different console. So most of the time, it's random people online. As for the Thursday fight night, how about you guys change the planning? Instead of ...

Re: Good Sidescrollers for the PSP?
I liked the Exit games. It's kinda like the old school Prince of Persia in terms of movement, like climbing up ledges and hopping over gaps, but instead of combat, it's all about puzzles and working with the people you're trying to rescue.

Re: Skullgirls (PSN/360) meetups thread
Add me to the Skullgirls list too. How has everyone's online interactions been? Today was my first day online, and I gotta say, it was quite daunting. Everybody either made it apparent they practiced, or chose Double and spammed keep away. But finally, I ran into a guy who played up close and person...

Re: Fascinating and unusual ways of using music in games
I hope indie games count.

I found this game really cool. Playing 4 games at once can be daunting, but the music playing in the background actually tells you how to control and play each one. Really funny song, and very creative way to blend tutorial with background music.

Holy cow, I hope your exaggerating. I never learned how to swim until my freshman year of high school, which is when everyone is required to learn how to swim during PE.

Re: Just finished Sands of Times
Actually, the continuity goes Sands of Time, Warrior Within, then Two Thrones. And Forgotten Sands is an in-between game, taking place in the 7 year gap between Sands of Time and Warrior Within. Warrior Within changes a lot from SoT. It's a lot darker, and more combat focused. I think it was the fir...
