So I found the box for my sega genesis v.1 last week. I was really excited to pop it open and start playing but then I remembered that the ac adapter was toast. Finally after a week of waiting I got a new adapter from my friend in DC. Then just now I go to open my sega box to bust out some old skoo...

I don't want to bring up a dead thread, but I don't want to make a duplicate either.. So, here it goes.. I use Mac OS X Tiger, and Roxio Toast 7.. The document for Toast 5 does NOT work on Toast 7. Actually, everything goes good so far, until you get to the part where you have to hold down Option/A...

I think I broke gaming history

I've noticed, that almost everybody, says the 32X mixes the audio in the 32X itself, however, I always felt this was wrong. Documents that are online always NEVER show the cartridge connector having an audio line.. Once again, I always felt this was wrong.. Couple of days ago, my suspicion kicked in...

I'm seriously thinking about making my own Neptune clone.. Consists of a Genesis two motherboard, permanently connected to a 32X, with the circuit laid out in a way, it's still quite small and flat.. (the 32x has two boards, one tilted 90 degrees, but it's only linked by some last minute engineering...
