Re: Playing all of "Sega Saturn's Explosive Shmup Library"
How I described it is how it played for me. I did pull up the manual and saw that the control section lists a "Saturn" mode along with "Arcade" mode. Not sure if I had it on the Saturn mode. I will mess with it this evening to see if I can change it. edit: apparently there isn't ...

Re: What are you playing?
My current "long game" (i.e. not an arcade title) is Cult of the Lamb. I really dig the juxtaposition of cutesy forest animals and the menacing machinations of running a cult. Do you want to be nice? Or.... are you going to build a stockade to put the heretics in until you're ready to sacr...

DonPachi https://i.imgur.com/XEy8taN.png I am a big fan of Cave shooters and DonPachi is no exception. This vertical scrolling title starts off strong and does not hold back on the action. Re: Chromecast as basic home theater solution
When I was searching for a standalone unit I did find some "under-the-cabinet" mounted models. However, they're all a no-name brand. Also, I like being able to move the unit, if needed. That could be an option? However, you'd have to really dive deep in reviews to assess quality. Also, I'm...

Re: Chromecast as basic home theater solution
This isn't a ground-breaking update but I have since acquired a small tv for the kitchen counter. I looked online and in various stores for a small counter-top size tv but the smallest I could find was around 25/27 inches. Way too large for my modest counter space. I told my mom about my frustration...

Re: What was the last movie you've seen?
I watched Bring Her Back at the theater last night. Kind of a messed up movie.
I'm glad I seen it but, damn, I need to watch something less fucked up after that.

Either I just suck (a total possibility) or the arcade version of Street Fighter 2 is really damn difficult.
