if it werent for UFO interactive games publishing Raiden IV in the US, we would never see it. And i dont have a japanese xbox so i would have never been able to play it. i give props to UFO for supporting Raiden IV.

This came out last year... If this company, UFO Interactive games, is releasing Raiden IV overseas, they mearly have the rights to publish it. They didn't make it at all. edit: I just checkout their website. Wow, so much crappy shovelware!!! i see your point that they do have the rights to publish ...
