Re: GBA Micro Speaker Not Working
Well I took the thing a part and cleaned it. Let me just say this.... this was not fun to take a part. It is very very tiny. So I advice against this unless you have a lot of patience and take photos for reference. I wish I saw this earlier to help with the dissemble : m Anyway, I got the thing clea...

GBA Micro Speaker Not Working
I went to my local game store and they had a GBA Micro. I took it home and the speaker is not working though. I plugged in my headphones, and it is working. The volume controls were working as well with the headphones. So I think the sound chip is all right, but maybe the speaker is busted? I plan o...

Re: [GUIDE/INFO] for Flash Carts, Retrode, repros, and more!
Has anybody tried the NeoSD? I honestly think $500 is a fair price for the AES version. You can get the whole Neo Geo AES library on original hardware. The only downside for me is that since it uses Flash RAM the games take a while to load? And it's still fairly new, so are there still lot of update...

Re: Its now possible to play backups by flashing Saturn Cart
Where can I get the firmware to flash a AR? The links in the OP are dead. And have they made any updates like allowing backup saves? I currently still have a modchipped Saturn with a AR. But I was thinking about buying a backup Saturn just in case mine breaks. I don't feel want to modchip it. I rath...

Re: [GUIDE/INFO] for Flash Carts, Retrode, repros, and more!
I just feel like sharing my insights on the flash carts I own, and ones I hope to own. I'm kind of OCD when it comes to flash carts, so I spend more time messing around with them than actually playing on them. EZ Flash IV has been one of the best investments I made in video games. I bought mine off ...

In my case it wasn't. My fan was super loud. Wish I did an audio before and after.

Reducing Sega Dreamcast Fan Noise
This is probably known for most of you on here. But I am only posting this so it shows up on search engines. Whenever I tried Googling this, I just got a bunch of results about buying a different/modded Dreamcast fan that is silent. This would have been nice if I played my games through GDEMU. But I...

Re: Any good Dreamcast tips?
Some other personal tips, hit up thrift shops or old video game stores from some cheap accessories. VMUs, 4xMemory units, rumble packs, controllers, I found these at a Goodwill for dirt cheap and they were all clean and OEM.

Re: Any good Dreamcast tips?
I get anything I want to download at isozone and use imgburn to burn. Use to be discjuggler was the preferred burning tool but I never had any errors with imgburn or cheapo discs. I plan on getting a vga box soon but svideo looks good on a crt. My cables are junk though I ordered here a few years b...
