I'm 99% sure all 3 carts in the first picture are fake, as is the B&W case Batman Returns (the top cart). The labels on each of them is pretty much a giveaway, except for the Shadow Dancer one I guess. I grew up with a Japanese Mega Drive, and most Japanese MD carts have a different shape to tha...

I haven't tried out all my games of course, but so far, it read the majority of originals and backups. I guess it'd be easier for me to list out those which don't work, which are the following: Shenmue (works on occasion only) Skies of Arcadia (disc 1 only; disc 2 seems to work, but they're both min...

Alright, thanks anyway.

I guess my DC lens is just bad, and no amount of tweaking will get it to play everything again. :(

Thanks for the link. That's certainly a clearer guide than the other one I found (which seems to be the most popular return from Google). About the knob though, does it matter if I twist it clockwise or anti-clockwise? Cause the link I had said to turn it CW, but this one suggests it could be either.

Help with DC laser calibration

I recently got this old DC second hand as a backup to my original one, and it could only read select games, regardless of whether they were originals or backups. So I thought I'd try out that laser calibration trick I'd heard about but never really had to try before cause my original DC never had di...

I'm not sure if this is what you're trying to do, but I know you can see the files on your Saturn (and any backup cart) by going to the main menu (the one with the 9 circular buttons and the spaceship screensaver), selecting the advanced controls (bottom right button), and then the memory (top centr...

Hmmm maybe you could give Albert Odyssey a shot, though I'm not sure about Grandia, cause I've only ever played the sequel on the DC.

dragonforce is expensive? what!? I picked up 3 of them in a pawn shop for 10 bucks total... they also used to be sold on WorkingDesigns site brandnew for like 40 bucks. That's weird... kinda upsetting... it's not like the game is that rare. ::looking at ebay:: heh, there's a sealed signed copy from...

The PS3 is the only console I haven't gotten yet, cause there's really nothing that really interests me so much that I'd buy it if that same game came out on say, the XBox 360. Seems like Resistance is the one quality title on it, but I've got a fair share of awesome FPS games on the 360, so I could...
