Re: Ouya WILL Survive the End of its Online Mode...
When I bought my Ouya, it came with free cards to use in the store and I bought multiples, so I have like $35 left to use up. I guess I better spend it before the store goes away. Anyone have any suggestions? I like platformers and FPS, I suppose. Also wouldn't mind something wacky. Open to any sugg...

Anyone know a place where I could go to find someone to do this for me?

Hmmm, you actually might be right. I'm not very experienced with GBA, but the ability to get a GBA flashcart would be awesome to play all the old games and maybe some new. Maybe you can even run Game Gear games off of that.

I have no idea how to hack anything, unfortunately. I'd have to buy a modders' services.
Agreed? GB SP would seem to work the best, but the Hyperboy lacks L and R buttons.

Game Boy Modders! Could You Put a GBC inside a GB?
I recently got a Hyperboy and it is downright awesome, but the original Game Boy I purchased to put in it sucks. It's been so long since I've had an original GB, I don't remember how bad the screen is, but it seems like the contrast goes from way dark to way light in the slightest movement of the co...

Re: NES Advantage - Would it Work With a NES to PC Adapter?
What I did when I was a kid was plugged the wrong one into the wrong controller port 1, and every time I used it subsequently (which was rare), I plugged it in correctly by some crazy luck when I put both in. I'm really excited for the adapter, it's taking forever in the mail, but I've gotten into t...

Re: Is it getting harder to be a retro gamer?
I think the best buyer's market right now is original xbox and ps1 and ps2. Truer words have never been spoken. I have tried to avoid too many of these games because I don't play my classic, much shorter games and will never be able to finish a ton of lengthy, random modern games. I'm not much of a...

Re: Are you a COLLECTOR, or are you a GAMER?
I'm definitely caught between both worlds because I seem to buy a million things I actually want to play, but never find time to, so they sort of end up sitting on the shelf ala collectors. Then I find more cool stuff and then it takes time to track that down, then just when you think you've got it ...

Re: Gaming as a life-long hobby - Thoughts from the 25+ crow
I'm 27 and I don't see many people hating on games these days, everyone seems to be a gamer. I can't find anyone around that likes classic games like I do, but aside from that, I don't know a single guy who doesn't game in some capacity even as an adult. Everyone needs a hobby, if you don't have one...
