Btw i am thinking of moving to Singapore for a while. I love how their government treats smoking, drinking and littering on streets (i hate drunk ppl raging in public, litter and smoke). As a result Singapore is one of the most safe, clean and crime-free country. But.. 10 years in prison for smoking...
