Unpopular opinion:
I actually think it goes well with a white AR Cart

It is pretty hot. I can't debate that.

The CoreGrafx gives it a run for its money.

The CoreGrafx is cool. I actually prefer the base Duo, though.

I’m sorry, but the Saturn isn’t even in the top ten...

Re: Sega Saturn is still the best looking console
I mean... it’s definitely one of the best looking. All of Sega’s consoles looked good (except for the 32X). I prefer the Model 1 Genesis, but I can admit the Saturn looks pretty darn nice.
There are a few niche pieces of kit that look more attractive, like the Panasonic Q, but I’m terms of standard stock systems, Sega was top quality. Everything from Master System to Genesis to Saturn to Dreamcast looked great. Those consoles perfectly represented the industrial design of their days.

Re: Sega Saturn is still the best looking console
OK...these are the best looking consoles in no particular order...
Atari 7800
Atari VCS
Emerson Arcadia 2001
Mattel Intellivision
Microsoft Xbox One X
Nintendo GameCube
Sega Dreamcast
Sony PSX
Sony PS3 Slim
Sony PS4
The Sega Saturn is nowhere to be found...(It’d probably be number 11, though. It IS a good looking console.)

I like the round, but oval has its special charm too.
