Not my guide to the devolution method, but written better than I could. Read his description for download links and such, which seem legit to me. Note that you must have an legit copy of GC PSO for this to work on your hacked Wii.

Is anyone going to be playing online with the GC version? My PC is down indefinetly, but would love to get a game or two going.

You can no longer play the Xbox version at all - it requires you to log into Xbox Live first. So the only consoles you can play it on are Dreamcast and Gamecube, and the Gamecube is the only one with splitscreen coop.

I am hoping to jump on BB tonight, but that depends completely on when I get home from work.

So I dloaded Schthack, and when I click on the Schthack PSO BB shortcut it gives me the "Cannot create file on SHPsoBBn.exe." on the update screen and then it ceases to actually update.

Any ideas?

you want to click on ONLINE.EXE and make sure you are doing so as an Administrator.

Also if it keeps just closing when you try to start the game, change your resolution. Because of the game's age and newer video cards you have to lower the resolution. Keep trying different resolutions until it works, or use windowed mode.

Yes. That is correct. I don't remember if you have to wait for an email or not.
