Best way to run PSP emulators?

I want to use Genesis and SNES emulators on a PSP, but what is the best Genesis and SNES emulator? I am running 3.40 OE-A and I was wondering do I use the 1.50 code or the other code and what settings give me the best results. I notice that revenge of shinobi runs like a snail.

Theres only one obvious choice for SNES, but I think Dgen is the best Genesis emulator. Neither can run full speed with most games. The 1.5 optimized eboots are usually the best.
