Cool, that saves me a little bit of time and money, thanks.

Are they available from the start?

Yep.

It's not actually the one we'll be playing in October, but if anyone wants to pick up Typing of the Dead: Overkill to play alongside the original, it's available as part of the newest humble weekly sale if you pay $5.99, alongside Alpha Protocol, Company of Heroes, Rome Total War, Hell Yeah! Wrath of the Dead Rabbit, Binary Domain, Renegade Ops, Medievil 2 Total War, 10 Mega Drive/Genesis games, and if you pay $14.99 or more, Total War: Shogun 2.

Might get that just for Typing of the Dead and Total Warfare

Psychonauts is $3.99 at GOG today only, for June's TR, if you still need to get it.

D&D: Chronicles of Mystara is 30% on Wii U eShop in the PAL region starting this Thursday, if anyone still needs that one for later in the year.

You bet I snapped that up. I also posted it in the "GOG Deal" thread.

Perfect! I had been hoping for a sale on that version.

As always with Steam sales, wait for the last day to see if it hits anything lower in a flash sale. 50% is the default for the duration of the sale, so it won't be more expensive but it may be cheaper.
