Do print and frame that cease and desist order. It only works in your favor (in marketing your place).

yeah, if you google "drink indiana beer" you'll see what i'm talking about. it's ok, though, because oddly enough, the guy who filed the c&d against us donated $250 to the campaign. weird way of going about things but, hey, ok then.

It's probably because he has to, thanks to how trademark law is written. If he doesn't protect against anything remotely similar it's possible he could lose his license.

I would imagine the donation was to say "no hard feelings, I have to tell you to knock it off", unless I'm reading the entire situation wrong.
