I haven't coughed up the cost yet for the MVS version but shouldn't that be the best?

Yea. I'd vote Dreamcast. Much better sound. And while on most shmups games I like preserving slow down, with TSS I prefer the smoother gameplay of the DC version. Especially when playing against another person.

I'll echo the praises for the DC version, it's great. The game is just amazing, one of the best competitive vs. games ever made imo. SO much tech.

AES/MVS > SAT > DC > > > PS2

The fact that the cost plays out the same way is not by coincidence.

why would you rate Saturn over DC? AES/MVS isn't an option for me and i have the PS2 version downloaded but it looks like shit on my setup.
