WEEK 4: RACKET STGT: MUCHI MUCHI PORK Scores

Greetings!

Please post your scores for MUCHI MUCHI PORK in this thread.

Scores should be posted as such:

Score - name - team name - Stage - platform
EXAMPLE: 51,200 - dunpeal2064 - Bhutanese Snow Ferrets - Stage 2 - Arcade

More rules:
- Score for 1-credit runs only
- No old scores
- Played on default settings on the following formats only:
- Arcade
- 360 ver. 1.00
- MAME

- Top 2 scores from each team are counted - be sure to talk strategy with your teammates via PM or at minimum, make sure they get at least one score submitted.
- There has been talk of "prizes" such as games or free steam codes, etc. to be given to the winning team. There are no "fees" to enter and we won't say any member or any team has to do this, but if you would like to donate a prize to the winning team, I think we could arrange for that.

Scores can begin being posted at midnight EST tonight (12:01am - 11.22.13)

Isn't the scoring different in Version 1.01?

I assumed everyone would be playing Version 1.00.

Oh, and I'm assuming 63% is ok for the blitter setting?

Yeah, 1.01 is an easier mode made for the home release. 1.00 is the arcade port.

And yeah, 63% on Pork.

Hopefully I'll get more time this week, was only able to put in 10 credits or so with Mushi all week :(

pierrot (and anyone else using xbox360):

I just looked and there is a menu option for ver 1.00 instead of 1.01. It was easy to find. :D

I was going to be really butthurt if I had to play this on mame because of the version 1.01 on the home release. I spent several hours this week wiring my CP loom and a PS360+ in my vertical cab lol.

:oops: I had thought we were playing 1.01 for this. I didn't realize it wasn't an arcade revision. No problem; I'll be back with a Matsuri mode score like all of you guys.

In all honesty if you hadn't posted the score for it to have been pointed out, I would have been playing the wrong version too. Glad we figured that out early on.

Mike, it might be worth editing the first post to say ver 1.00 only for 360.

erm...and that's why I didn't announce it until today? Sure, let's go w/that.

OP updated to reflect 1.00

I'll be hitting this up in a couple hours - pretty stoked, only put about an hour into this one since purchase. Don't quite understand the scoring yet, but i'm sure it'll get figured out...

With 1.00, the lard meter (:snicker:) fills up slower than 1.01, and depletes faster.
