Dunpeal, we're posting actual scores, not the result of hitting the exponent function on our calculator 12 times. (geez )

Nobody really plays this game, do they? I was putzing around and trying out different fighters, and I ended up getting getting top 50 scores on every single jet. I definitely appreciate the variety, but some of them like the mk-IIβ and Beast Wing just feel clearly outmatched and a little unbalanced. Judge Spear is my baby though... Fiesty as hell, but so much fun (and what a perfect name!) I'm 6th with Judge Spear and 20th overall on the leaderboards after a ~2 hour session, though of course the scores above me outclass me by a factor of 10.

Edit: Ok, wow, watching some videos... I had no idea how scoring in this game works. I'm not entirely sure if I like it now.

Ha ha, yeah, scoring in this game is very strict at first. You can get to 100k medals on st1 though, and then just shoot, dodge, collect.

Dont graze bullets yet, its not worth it.

I put a lot of time into this one, more than Jet even. Its a really great game once you get a grip on it.

Also, the default difficulty is "Normal", which is an easier version specifically for home consoles. Switching it to "Arcade" will set the difficulty very close to the pcb, which is da way to play!

Yep, trying to play this for score is going to make me absolutely hate it. Getting that first Miclus to appear? What a fucking nightmare. I've been playing on Arcade the whole time.
