This guide is intended for buyers who must have the game bought/paid for/shipped the moment the potential buyer first discovers this game is "a thing", and then decides, it is "a thing they must have".

Guide:
Add 20-50% to all prices above

Today I got NAM1975 in the mail, damn solid game, plays as well as something like that can without a light gun and does it admirably well. I haven't seen or touched that game since the 90s, still stands up well.

Next up is Cyber-Lip, snagged a solid best offer on that one within the ranges on this listing here in the start of the thread. It's coming from just a few hours of here so probably Monday on that. Finally now I have much of the library I loved in the 90s that isn't on the multicart other than Magician Lord.

They were both on ebay, they were $80 shipped and $85 shipped respectively, so probably -$10~ for the shipping so I'm beating or at the low end of the fair curve so I'm happy.

I'm almost assuredly putting up an MVS copy of ML once my JP AES copy arrives. Chickens eggs hatch and all that - so won't be for a week or two.

I'll try and keep an eye out for that and hopefully be the first to inquire about it when it goes live. I'm kind of tapped out at the moment until my ebay sales roll over this weekend as I put up my PS4 copy of Retro City Rampage for sale and started it like $40 lower than the going rate to move it. Not sure what all else will go other than a couple items so far with bids but I'll have it by then.

Sometimes I really loathe ebay sellers. Dude puts up a Magician Lord for $120obo. I tried 85 and 95 and it was auto rejected so I put in 100 which it took for submission for review. The dude then cancels it anyway. Why bother with a best offer if your idea of one is like 10% off. That's shitty, just use the ebay tool and put a 10% off sale on your game for a period of time and be done with it.

First post as a racketboy forum member. I got to say mjmjr's guide is excellent!

It very much so is, helps me repeatedly the last few months not to get ripped off being new to this world as I just bumbled into a badass 2 slot cabinet in early May.

Hope you stick around, nice to see someone in this area caring about the thing.

Congrats on getting into the Neo scene! MVS is the way to go as most of the games are still affordable.

Yes, I will stick around

Speaking of the guide, mjmjr did not put a price on the Neo Turf Masters for the English AES homecart. Neo Store had an excellent copy listing for $9,999 last night. It was sold within 1 hour!!! The MVS version of NTM only costs about $50.
