Looks like an old pong console. Not sure what it is worth but I did find another person who owns one:Pabstblueribbon wrote:http://maine.craigslist.org/vgm/1732860825.html

Archived from groups: rec.games.video.classic
A few years ago I got I an oldie TV game: ADVERSARV model 370.
It was made by National Semiconductor Corporation, Consumer Production
Division, Santa Clara, Calif. (c) 1976
Measures: 23cm x 14cm x 5.5cm.
Because I had assumed the games were black&white I only played it on b/w
TV sets. But yesterday I brought it out of the closet again and played it
on a colour TV and was surprised to see colour!
There are 3 games.
When you first turn it on: it's hockey in a bright blue background with 3
vertically bouncing dots in the field on both sides. The paddles and
borders are yellow.
Press Game Select: it's volley ball in green backdrop with bright blue
top and bottom of screen.
Press Game Select again: it's ping pong played against a wall in a dark
green backdrop. One player's paddle and score is orange, the other is
blue.
In all games each player can varry the width of his/her paddle.
There's also a single player mode for all games.
I find it a little backward. The on/off switch is on the left and must be
slid towards you for "on" and away for "off".
The switch for one or two players and channel 3 or 4 SW are underneath
the unit.
RCA phono jack or antennae screw-in are at the back of the unit for
connections to TV. It powers jack by 12 volts DC.
At front are two wires going to two hand devices. Both devices have reset
buttons and sticks you move forward and backwards to move paddles on
screen. The wires come in to the hand devices from behind them so when
you hold them while playing it feels a little backwards.
I wish I could provide a picture of it here.

Wood grain and paddles. Some sort of last 70s pong clone.

thanks! looks like it might be a cool addition to a gaming collection.

At 20 bucks definitely worth it for owning a little history.
Might be a kick to show and test current Gen gamers skills after a round of Modern Warfare.
