My one and only paypal dispute that I got a full refund on including original shipping, I still had to pay return tracked shipping. I was still out about $16 on my $120 refund.

This is correct. Furthermore, you must show delivery to the paypal address.

If you use USPS for example, the tracking will say something like, "Your package was delivered abroad: HONG KONG".

That is NOT good enough for paypal. Just FYI.
