Understood. I guess the point I was trying to make was pricier 64 controllers shouldn't be played with often (if at all). I mean, why does a gold 64 controller have a mangled stick to begin with? :P But I see your point...if the damage is done, mend the wound. On occasion, I actually whip out rare, novelty, and pricier controllers for special events. I'd be playing my Seaman Xmas DC for this month if I hadn't sold it a couple years back. :(
