Yes they did and it was returned. They were unaware that the watch is unwearable due to cheap poor construction. I received a negative feedback, had a case brought against me, and was forced to give them a refund despite confirmation from several other people selling the same watch that it can fall apart simply by light handling. Not a pleasant experience for somebody who doesn't have $200 laying around to give back since the money had already been spent.

For anybody interested, the watch is just the same as it left the factory. You just have to reinsert the vinyl tubes into the holes. No big deal since its just a display piece for your collection.
