Read the first post for more information. Basically, I really, really hate the majority of cover art from Game Cube titles. Whether its the copious amount of logos or the lowest common denominator art, the inserts just disagree with me. But I really, really like me some GameCube games.

GameStop has been having a B2G2 sale for some time on all GameCube titles and I have been, when I have the time, filling in some of the gaps in my collection. I need my games to be complete though, so.........

I decided to do something about it. What follows is a GameCube game that looks and feels like an original NES game.

Homer: "Look everyone, now that I'm a teacher I've sewn patches on my elbows."
Marge: "Homer that's supposed to be leather patches on a tweed jacket, not the other way around. You've ruined a perfectly good jacket."
Homer: "Correction, Marge."
[He holds up a tweed jacket with two large holes in the back]
Homer: "Two perfectly good jackets."

Man, those 'Cube cases look amazing, but I just can't justify spending that much on a case for a single game.

Its going to be interesting to see what these go for; of course it will be nice to get some money for them, but I am also, perhaps more so than the money, interested to see what kind of market there is for quality, custom made Nintendo paraphernalia.
