(A) means loose mostly (G) and up is supposed to be CIB but your best off reading the description on there listing. If it doesn't say "Includes manual, cover art, and packaging." then it's probably loose. Even if it does include that in the description there is like a 5% chance that you might get a loose copy but returns are free and as long as you aren't returning a ton of stuff frequently amazon is pretty lenient about it.
Things that say "factory sealed" or "May Come repackaged" 99% of the time are loose as well regardless of the rating. That being said occasionally an (A) item with come CIB. It's all a toss up and depends on the person who rated it.
If I post something that's a (G) it's probably supposedly CIB or else I'll put a note to the side giving people a heads up.
That (G) copy of Phantasy Star III is listed as CIB which would be a stellar deal if it is. Would nab it but I think I'm going to try and go cold turkey for the next few months I've already bought nearly 400 games this year so I need to pump the brakes a bit
