Game Grumps is playing through Metal Storm now, I predict the value of this game skyrocketing.

I must have rented this game 50 times when I was a kid. :D :D :D
(Mom worked at a video rental store) :D
Never did own it though.

Found my copy for like $5 at a yard sale two years ago, it's a good one.

Agreed, stupidity at its finest.

You mean you don't like listening to people scream over a game and occasionally make poop jokes?

(I admit watching the legitimate suffering they experienced during Sonic '06 was kind of entertaining.)

You sure you're not talking about AVGN?

Battle Garegga ~$150

Dreamcast
Cannon Spike ~$80
Border Down ~$130

Of the list, these are the 3 i'd go with (granted, i'm not into RPG's at all).

Battle Garegga is a top 5 shmup and has so much depth in ship selection, chaining (overall scoring), difficulty, and just boss music. Game plays so fast, but it's controlled and you adapt to it rather quickly - going back to other retro shmups feels like you're playing in quicksand. Epic game.

Cannon Spike I adore, a hybrid arena shooter...sorta. $80 seems high though, i'd try to nab around $60.

Border Down is an absolutely gorgeous game - as good or better looking than anything on 360. Huge scoring potential, particularly at boss clears. Check out the wiki on scoring and ranking your ship down - it's a really neat take on the shmup series and takes some getting used to, but it's a really well done game.
