They're only filing chapter 11 to make the sale possible. The company likely will not be going under unless the sale falls through. Which we will know within a month.

I played Trine recently (some months ago that is) and I really enjoyed it. I thought it was very good, and good production values as well.

I already own trine, as well as magika. I think I'm gonna wait to see what the last two things are before i jump on it. but then again deponia is $20 normally.

Having Trine, You Are Empty and Magikca already I picked it up mostly for Deponia. Cities in Motion and Painkiller Black are just icing on the cake.
