.......though at the rate I'm going I am wondering how long it'll take me to finish

Anyway, I spent another hour grinding in the cave. I made much better progress today. I kept running into better enemies. Those damn frogs are easy and give okay experience, but I've spent a fortune on Maidens Kisses. Oh, and I finally ran into my first Malboro. What a pain. I'm going to have go go buy a couple more Remedies :?

I just waited until they cast Toad on me again for the most part. If not, you can also cast Toad on yourself, even whilst Toaded, and you can cast it on the whole party too, which is helpful if the majority of the part are looking a bit toady.

Anyhow, I've playing a bit more Oracle of Ages and Resi 4. On Ages, I'm on my way to dungeon 3. I sent some secrets back over to Seasons too. One a Ghost told me gave me a heart container after I played a mini game where I had to say if there were more red or blue ghosts shown. One given to me by a girl near the main town of Ages was worth a bomb bag upgrade in Seasons, but required me to get 777 Ore chunks, which took a lot of monotonous digging. The final secret, given to me by a deku scrub, gave me a seed satchel that could hold 99 of each seed in Seasons, but I had to bring 50 of each seed to the deku first. All 3 of these secrets have been given to me to take back to Ages now too, where they'll be far more useful than on my finished file in Seasons

On Resi, I played through Chapters 4-3 and most of 4-4. There was a bloody stupid section in 4-4 where a giant mechanical statue of the villain Salazar came to life and chased me over a bridge. It was a bit ridiculous, even for Resi. Now I'm about to go and fight the real Salazar, although on my first attempt I fell victim to being eaten, which seems to be an instant kill. I'm still only on Disc 1 aswell :S

the Summer is still young, friends!

Last year I only beat four of my ten games by the end of the Summer. This year I've already beat three of them in the first month. That's pretty good progress. Though admittedly I've still got some longer games ahead of me: Vice City, Indigo Prophecy for instance. I'm not sure how much more of Cthulhu I have left, either.

But whatever, 3/10 games within 1/3 of my alloted time seems like pretty good progress.

Making another change to my list. Taking out Persona (for now) and replacing it with Mike Tyson's Punch Out!! I'll probably make a few more changes to the list in the future (more additions rather than swaps) but I think I'm mostly good with what I have now.

put in a lot more time with Cthulhu tonight. I'm up to the fight with Dagon now, which is making me giddy... as a Lovecraft fan who's read much of his stories, and seen even more film translations (many of which based on "The Shadow Over Innsmouth"), Dagon is my absolute favorite film. :D

Have you played Dark Corners of the Earth? It's not the greatest game, but it has its moments.

I need to start Pikmin, but I have 0 motivation as of current. I also kinda want a new game... hmm...

On Pikmin, I'd really like to manage about a 12 day run, but seeing as I never completed it before, I'm not sure how good that would go.

That's what I was trying to do too, but I was also trying to conserve on the MP a bit and, 9 times out of 10, I was ending up with only one damn toad hopping around with the rest of the party and I just couldn't justify the MP usage :?
