I'm playing on Xbox One. It's actually the only gaming device I've had hooked up for months now.

I read all of your thoughts as well, and again I'll be interested to see how it plays out for me. It seems like this is a somewhat divisive game, but also one that some players find themselves really enjoying despite their own complaints. At any rate I wouldn't mind if the campaign comes closer to 25 hrs, but we'll see how it goes.

Good call on the music. I don't have the CE, but I even found myself checking online to see how costly a soundtrack might be.

I started Final Fantasy Legend today (my team is ELKN, FLAK, POPO, and AJ), and I'll be playing Mystic Quest after I finish that.

What races are you playing as? I was thinking of during an all-human run sometime.

ELKN is a human. POPO, FLAK, and AJ are mutants.

Yessss, we can compared notes! :)

Speaking to FFL, I think my initial runs used a human, two mutants, and a monster (or two humans, a mutant, and monster). I don't particularly like the monster classes, though; they're much too unpredictable, and you can get your humans/mutants very, very powerful. So a balanced 2x human/mutant team was I think what I used the last time I went through the game.

Yes, I had a lot less games to play as a kid. Pretty sure I burned through the game at least three times. I did more than that with FFLII, which is my favorite of the series for sure. That robot class is pretty sweet, too, if you know what you're doing!
