Ladies and Gentlemen, do you like food? Particularly, of the crunchy Mexican variety? What about video games? Well, seeing what forum this is, I'd assume the answer to that second question is most likely a yes!

Let's Taco 'Bout Games is a series where my friends and I (James) go to local restaurants and discuss and share thoughts on topics ranging from our game hunting experiences to retrospectives on entire game series.

I'll be updating this thread as new LTG episodes and related videos are released, such as my more informational series "Stuff We Play".

Yea I was gonna say good videos, I was expecting something gimmicky like a lot of the younger youtubers. But you seem to care about your work and doing a good job so I can support that!

Seriously Tacos are delicious so definitely keep that vibe going. I just started using fresh spinach on my tacos and love the extra green taste it adds as opposed to the watery crips of iceberg lettuce. Spinach makes it more elegant and I'm talking like the fresh salad type spinach (chop it up) not cooked spinach that seems too soggy.

You know who I love Rick Bayless on livewell channel damn I wish I was friends with that guy.
