Gaming magazine with MM3 - Megaman is ceramic?

Does anyone remember which magazine that had a preview/review of Megaman 3 and one of the pages had a schematic of Megaman listing his armor being made of Ceramic? I think it was Gamepro, or Nintendo Power, tho it might've been EGM. I had subscriptions to at least 2 of those and picked up issues of others when this issue was published. The only other thing I remember is it had photos of Megaman's moves "Slide, Jump, Shoot, etc".
I'd love to see that article again. It was always my favorite when I had the issue kicking around.
