I'm almost done with the PS3 version. What can I say? Kind of disappointed.. Typical story, the Nazis are lame, little weapon variety, no substantive kickback to projectiles, and environments that feel too familiar. It's far from being a bad game, but asking $60 for a typical FPS is just too much these days.

The game is pretty easy. I have it on Über and it really isn't a challenge. I'm not that great at FPS's either. Pretty fun game though so far. I'm on chapter 3.

The opening is pretty easy. Things pick up as you get further in the game and start encountering soldiers who have more health.

I'm on the third mission now and really enjoying it. It's probably the most fun I've had on the PS4 so far.

Yes, I thought that was pretty neat. It sucks that you have to restart at the check point to play again.

It's an Easter egg where you play the original Wolfenstein 3D but still retain the same weapons.

5 hrs into Wolfenstein: The New Order, and OMG this game is just incredible. It walks the line between really tense and emotional story and over-the-top blood-splattered fun. Wow.

New Order kind of sucks. I've got like three chapters left but I'm not going to bother.

The health and armor system is outdated for cinematic campaigns and only serves to slow down the player's progress. The story is outrageous (nobody hates Nazis this much) and the environments are the epitome of the "brown and gray fps".

If you want to check it out either rent it, wait for it to go free on PS+, or go down to five bucks on steam.

Funny, I'm 4 hours in and am having the exact opposite reaction. It's a little easy, the intro chapter isn't great...but it is beautifully done and plays great.
