Resident Evil Dir. Cut Dual Shock - Price Jump!?

Post by Jagosaurus »

Wow, ran across this today. I have this one & bought it for $10 probably 3 years ago. I know it has remixed music, rumble, & analog support but dang... this auction will likely hit $55+.

I know it is greatest hits but were not many manufactured considering how many versions (3?) came out for PS1?

Historically the older RE titles hold their value well but this caught my eye...

No, the Director's Cut still sells for relatively cheap on average. This one is going for the price of a new copy.

But hey, if they are willing to bid that high, then the game is worth that much to them.

On the disc itself, you cant tell if its a dualshock edition.

Only the case tells you. Or when you pop the disc in.

I have a copy like this. I found a copy disc only and when i took it home and started playing it, it was the dualshock version.

So, its pretty random when you find the greatest hits disc! You may not know which one you got!

Interesting. Just compared the discs, looks like you're right.
