3D Dot Game Heroes help! Aqua temple

Okay, so I've gotten to the boss enterance and discovered all the rooms in the temple but still don't have the boss key. I'm stumped! Where the hell is it?

If I recall right the map will show which rooms have treasure. Are you sure you got all the chests?

To be honest once I got 4 or 5 hours in it started to wear thin. It's cool until then though.

I found it awesome from start to finish. It's an homage in the best way to Zelda on the NES and it also has tons of references to other video games hidden in the dialog with NPCs. And the sword is a nice mechanic to avoid having to deal with the Darknuts on steroids; instead off the random movement in Zelda 1 these guys will chase you when they see you.
