I have a barely used SNES ASCII pad for sale. It looks new and all of the turbo switches work perfectly. Excuse the stock photo but my camera ia busted and I wanted to show what it looks like. My ASCII pad is in the same condition as the one shown but looks a tad cleaner and doesn't have any marks. I also have two atari jaguar controllers that I can't get to work with my jaguar. One of them works sometimes but the other I can't get to work, maybe someone can fix em? I'll take offers. Thanks!

Back when the SNES first came out, I got this pad for my birthday and I never used the stock pads again.

You looking for trade or cash?

Just an FYI for potential buyers, while this pad is awesome the cord is a few feet shorter than the standard SNES cord. So if your controller currently is at the edge of reaching then you'll probably want to also get a SNES extension cable from somewhere.

So what's great about this pad? I'm not in the know. Is it because of the turbo function?

Yes sir. Only things that are actually different about this controller besides the color of the buttons is the turbo functions, it's slighty bigger than a regular SNES controller, and how Mr.Popo described the cord is also shorter than a regular SNES controller. It's very awesome though and it's great for SHMUPS.

What's really nice about it is that it has the same feel as a first party controller. I remember playing on a friend's N64 with a third party controller and I couldn't stand it, as they adjusted the form factor. All this has is a slightly raised portion between the shoulders to accomodate the circuitry for the turbo functionality; all the buttons feel the same as a regular controller.

It's officially licensed by Nintendo as well.
