some unreleased N64 games became Gamecube games, a few gamecube games became Wii games. the trends continues.
It's sad to see such an iconic console cease production. The reason I call it Iconic is because the Wii capture the hearts of old and young, and with a strong library this console accommodated all. One of the Things the Wii did single handily was revive the light gun games, I have enjoyed a lot of themed shooters such as:

pretty sure its using Netflix servers same as using a tablet or smartphone.
I hope so. I've got 2 Wii's in the house, and both of them are used for Netflix and Youtube more than for games in all honesty. Heck, I've considered buying more of them for other rooms. They make a really nice, cheap streaming media box. And if you soft-mod you can also add DVD playback. But yeah, if I won't be able to access Netflix/Youtube from a Wii in the near future... I'm gonna be miffed.
