Wii Today

Post by diehllane »

So I got my Wii today.

I work at Toys R Us in the electronics and happened to be one of the first to know when the Wii's came in.

So i got myself a Wii, Super Mario Galaxy, Wii Play (50% off since I got Galaxy--current TRU promo) and a nunchuck to go with the remote in the Wii Play. 10% discount on games and accessories, not on the system unfortunately.

Trying to decide if I should keep it or sell it.

I'll probably end up keeping it just because it'll be my first next-gen console.

Well at least you got a good deal.
Maybe you should play it like crazy, get your fill, and then sell it on eBay with express shipping right before Christmas :)

Right on man grats. I work at TRU as well, I think we are in the same district. I'm at 8916 in Miamisburg.

I decided to keep it. I've actually been enjoying the Wii Sports so much I have yet to play Super Mario Galaxy or any of the Wii Play games (only opened the box for the 2nd remote).

I do believe we are in the same district. I'm at 8910 in Columbus.

I'll visit the Wii Number thread if I ever get my Wii online. So far I can't seem to remember my IP for my wireless router and I'm too lazy to dig out my laptop (yes, I have a lap top that I almost NEVER use) to get my WPA key.

Heh I just got a Wii today too.
I got Mario Galaxy, Excite Truck, Metal Slug Anthology, Wii Play. Probably gonna get a nunchuck too, but I don't think any game I have (apart from WiiSport's boxing) needs it.
