What would be really great with the Wii and a DS

What would be truly amazing was if there was some way to get whatever games you get for the virtual console in the Wii / Revolution and could play them in your DS.

I think the port of Mario 64 to DS shows the DS hardware can handle even the most recent stuff that the virtual console will be offering (i.e N64 games).
I guess what is lacking and you would need is some way to store the relatively large games for the DS to read, and some way to transfer it... And I guess Nintendo would be wary of having any writable or re-writable "carts" go into DSs officially, as they are bound to be usable for other means.

As for an incentive for them to make this possible, I think the added sales of both DS and Revolution AND the vintage games should be enough... But who knows how many would be interested in old games on the go.

I think its very possible with the Virtual Console games.
It's would be cool for the Revolution (that's what I'm still going to call it) to act as a download station/server and then be able to play NES, SNES, and/or Genesis games on the Go.

Actually I wonder if we'll see the DS used in some Wii games. For example, in an NFL game you could use the DS to select/draw your plays etc

that would be cool.

If it was supported for Pac-Man Vs. and Crystal Chronicles, that would ROCK

Didn't the NFL 2K series on the Dreamcast have a feature like that (to a much lesser extent) with the VMUs?

Having wifi communication would be SO much nicer (and cheaper) than having a GBA link cable.
