A Boy And His Blob DS - Done but not released?

This was supposed to come out in 2005 and then in 2006, but still no sign of it.

Supposedly it's done, but financial troubles for the publisher have kept the release of the store shelves...

It always annoys me when a game is finished but for whatever reason not released. Never heard of this game but hopefully it will see the light of day...if not hopefully someone on the development team will make a ROM dump of it so it isn't lost forever.
