He has a link to profiles all the way at the bottom. I got really good results with his 16:9 GCN profile. I had to tweak it a little to work with the Wii better, but it looked pretty good stock. I don't know if he added a proper Wii profile, I haven't downloaded his updated profiles yet.
edit: I just downloaded his newest profiles and checked, there is no Wii profile. What I did was take his GCN 16:9 profile and use 240p Test Suite (Wii version) to tweak it, then saved it as a new profile.
